This cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through our Platform.
1. Cancellations
• Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform, and they have:
• Initiated the shipping process, or
• The product is out for delivery.
• In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team by emailing help@justprerna.com.
• The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform verifies the issue.
• This should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. Product Mismatch or Dissatisfaction
• If you believe the product received does not match the description on the site or your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing help@justprerna.com.
• Our customer service team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
4. Products with Manufacturer Warranties
• For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer for resolution.
5. Refunds
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• All refund requests must be sent to help@justprerna.com for processing.
